Our group of architects, physical planners and urban designers form a consulting firm with competency to answer all dimensions of the habitable space, in the African context in general and, the Mozambican context in particular.

This technical and creative team is oriented by a code of ethic and professional principles that establish, as main premise for accepting any project, its social relevance.

The firm covers a broad spectrum of fields besides architecture and urban planning, such as legal consultancy in physical planning, furniture and graphic design, and intervention and qualification strategy definition of degraded urban areas.

The criteria for participation in this group of professionals, motivated by shared principles, are constantly questioned and reinforced through a process of continuous evaluation of the answer’s coherence and quality of the services provided to the community and the client.

Our quality assessment is, or intends to be, always measured by the allegiance to an attitude of frontal refuse of the mercenary aspects of the profession.

Naturally this is not an easy fight and the lack of speculative projects in our range of projects certainly shows the coherence we’ve been able to maintain through almost 50 years of work, with principles of universal values.

These principles materialize in the search of a rationale, prepared for each project, that prioritizes social justice and environment sustainability aspects.

We feel that it is our responsibility to establish professional patterns that are not usually required by the client, but that we consider indispensable for building a reference platform, which, for historical reasons, has been eliminated or severely eroded in the construction panorama of Mozambique.

Therefore, the didactic activity that some team members perform as teachers of the Faculty of Architecture and Physical Planning of the Eduardo Mondlane University, where all studied.

Lastly, it is also essential for our activity to establish an intransigent relationship with the contractor where the discovery of new processes and technologies is encouraged and shared to the benefit of the client and for the development of an essential sector of the evolution of the Mozambican society.
